IT SHOULD NOT BE PASSED.
YOU EITHER WANT YOUR GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABLE OR YOU ARE WILLING TO ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT TO RUN WILD.
IT IS YOUR CHOICE............ BE SMART,.......... VOTE NO.
